The event will be hosted by Brookings alongside the IE School of Global & Public Affairs and will consist of a debate featuring the following world leaders:
- Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain, Arancha González Laya
- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Ann Linde
- Senior Fellow and Director of the Project on International Order at The Brookings Institution, Bruce D. Jones

Dean at IE School of Global and Public Affairs (Moderator)
Susana Malcorra is Dean at IE School of Global and Public Affairs and was previously Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Argentina. Becoming in 2012 Chief of Staff for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon gave her invaluable experience for both humanitarian aid and peacekeeping operations. She has handled complex negotiations as a diplomat in various countries. She coordinated the mission to eliminate Syrian chemical weapons and the first ever Ebola emergency response in West Africa.
