About the Professor
Lisa Bevill Vedder is the Academic Director of the Center for Health & Well-being at IE University, where she leads initiatives focused on human flourishing, leadership development, and organizational well-being. With extensive international experience in leadership development, executive education, and organizational transformation, Lisa is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive while delivering sustainable performance.
Lisa's work is informed by leading research and institutions, drawing on insights from positive psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience, organizational behavior, and leadership science. As a speaker, educator, and thought leader, Lisa advocates for a more human-centered approach to leadership and organizational success—one that recognizes well-being not as a peripheral initiative, but as a strategic driver of engagement, innovation, performance, and long-term impact.
