Leticia Ponz heads the Spanish branch office of UNION INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE GmbH, one of Europe’s leading real estate players. Leticia is also responsible for the Asset Management of UIRE’s diversified property portfolio in Spain, Mexico and Portugal. She has a broad professional background in real estate and finance, having held senior management positions in Brussels and Madrid before joining UIRE fourteen years ago.
