The kinds of skills companies require will shift, with profound implications for the career paths individuals will need to pursue. In this masterclass, Dr. Nick van Dam will provide a long-term view on how automation and AI will shape the workplace, and calibrated to sensitivities around the economy, productivity, job creation and skills. Nick is the lead author of the McKinsey book ‘Elevating Learning & Development’ and he will feature research, insights and leading practices from over 34 McKinsey experts.
