Unlocking Invisible Urban Asset Challenge

Join the first edition of this competition for Peruvian talent, organized by IE School of Architecture and Design, Lateral Inmobiliaria and Nómena Studio. The challenge invites participants to rethink underutilized urban spaces and propose innovative solutions that transform them into valuable assets for cities and communities.

Through creative design, strategic thinking, and forward-looking urban proposals, participants will explore how overlooked spaces can generate social, economic, and environmental impact.

Three winners will receive High Potential Awards toward an IE School of Architecture and Design Master's degree for the 2027 intake. In addition, the 1st and 2nd place winners will have the opportunity to complete internships with Lateral and Nómena, gaining hands-on experience with leading design and urban development firms in Peru.
