Alumni Perspective: Life After MRED – From classmates to joint venture
Marc and Daniel went to school together, worked together and lived together. Then, without telling each other, they both applied for the Master in Real Estate Development at IE in Madrid. They only found out afterwards that they would be classmates once again.
Today, Marc leads COPRO Immobilienmanagement and Daniel leads DISTRIKT. Together, they are driving a joint venture in the heart of Berlin: repositioning an overlooked piece of urban infrastructure and unlocking the potential of around 3,500 square meters of usable space.
In this online alumni session, they will share:
→ Bringing ideas home from abroad: from a year at IE in Madrid to a joint venture in Berlin
→ From vision to mission: how to recognize and unlock the potential of an existing building
→ Before the balance sheet: how know-how, persistence and solving real stakeholder problems create the first assets
An honest conversation for every MRED student who wonders what comes after graduation.
