Dr. Nick van Dam, Chief Learning Officer, Head of Learning Innovation & Center for Corporate Learning at
Nick is Director of the IE University, Center for Corporate Learning and Talent Management, and a faculty member of different universities including IE Business School, Nyenrode Business University, The University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business Impact. Nick is an external senior advisor and faculty for McKinsey & Company.
Senior Advisor & Lead for EMEA at The Josh Bersin Company
Bo Vialle-Derksen is an entrepreneur, author, and business advisor. She is co-founder of Cape People and Cognitive Technologies and Senior Advisor and Lead for EMEA at the Josh Bersin Company. As part of the HR Leadership Team of a top-tier European FinTech, she was the Product Owner for Agile Ways of Working and headed their Future Skills initiative. Bo holds a master’s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands and is a certified SAFe® Agilist.
