Many innovation failures are not caused by lack of ideas, but by how we think and decide. This masterclass examines key cognitive biases that affect innovation and leadership, such as confirmation bias, anchoring, and framing effects. Using real-world examples and organizational contexts, we will explore how biases distort judgment, limit creativity, and reinforce the status quo. The session builds awareness of these mental shortcuts and offers practical ways to recognize and mitigate their impact in decision-making, team dynamics, and innovation processes.
