In this presentation, Paul Priestman, designer, founder and chairman of PriestmanGoode will talk about the importance of integrating design in the development of all new products and services at a time of continued social, economic and environmental challenges. Priestman, who was awarded the prestigious London Design Festival Innovation Medal in 2017, will also focus on one of his main areas of interest -  congestion in cities - and present ways we can harness the power of design to encourage change in consumer behaviour for lasting positive impact. Paul Priestman is a designer, co-founder and Chairman of global design consultancy PriestmanGoode, which specialises in large scale projects in infrastructure, aviation, transport, hospitality and product design.
