MAKE YOUR MOVE: A CAREERS MASTERCLASS SERIES CONSULTING, STRATEGY AND CHANGE

Strategy consulting is under significant pressure - Clients no longer want an army of consultants to provide them with advice, what they want is products and technologies put in place that keep them ahead of the competition.

At the same time, the global strategy consulting industry has been consistently growing over the past decades and is expected to grow substantially further from $55 billion in 2021 to $91 billion by 2025.

If Consultants today provide expert opinions, analysis, and recommendations to organizations or individuals, based on their own expertise, what are the skills required to be part of this growing industry, what makes a good consultant today and how about tomorrow?
