Which digital marketing strategy is best to use during times of COVID-19? Marketers are overwhelmed by uncertainty, customer expenditure is declining, and technology and measurement are becoming more efficient and important for success. In this session we will have a look at this new scenario, and how to reinvent ourselves as marketers to adapt. Federica Ilaria Fornaciari is an Italian-American professional, Digital Strategy Director in Havas Media Group in Spain, former Bain consultant and alumni of IE Business School (IMBA13). Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at LUISS Business School then a Master in Marketing at Bocconi University. Her professional career was always related to digital marketing (Value Lab Jakala, Yoox Net a Porter, Bain & Company, WPP Italy, Havas Media Group in Spain).
