Matthew Davis is IE University’s Associate Director for B2B business development, career services, and alumni engagement in North America. He builds external partnerships, connects employers with IE talent, and supports an alumni network of nearly 5000 professionals across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Matthew earned an International MBA from IE and a BA in anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania.

He has more than 12 years of global full life cycle recruiting and agency staffing experience in the financial and technology sector. Daniel is also an alum of the Executive MBA at IE University. Post-graduation he found his passion in helping others prepare for and succeed in their career transitions through coaching, writing advice and interview preparation workshops.
