IE Executive Education presents: Exemplary Leadership

AGENDA

Masterclass: 19:00-20:00

Executive networking cocktail: 20:00-21:30

Join us for our next IE Executive Education masterclass with professor Sandra Comas PhD, MBA sponsored by the Global Advanced Management Program an innovative flagship program for senior executives ready to shape the future of their business, and themselves. It brings together the best new ideas for business, with the most useful tools for business leaders. It connects technology and humanity, business and society, art and science, profit and progress. The Global AMP is also a program inspired by some of the most amazing companies and leaders who are shaping today’s markets.

In this master class, we focus on the essential leadership practice of developing and communicating a vision for an organization. We compare the vision of great artists to those of change-making business leaders who inspire us to view the world in new ways and to bring these views to life. We consider how these visionaries show the pathways and processes for becoming creative and innovative leaders who will shape change in the 21st century.

A few of the most influential business visionaries of our time, including Jack Ma of Alibaba, Arianna Huffington of Huffington Post, Travis Kalanick and Dara Khosrowshahi of Uber, and Elon Musk of Tesla, have created unique, driving images of what a company can imagine and implement to create maximum impact. As these organizations grow from start-up to global change-makers, their vision of themselves and the world shows continuous adaptation and innovation. What can we learn from them and integrate into our own unique leadership practice?
