Leading Innovation: What creates an invincible company in a world of relentless change, and why do today's innovators need to be more like pirates?

What does it take to lead the innovation in a world of relentless change, where transformation has replaced stability?

Peter Fisk introduces a fabulous discussion, which explores some of the topics in IE’s flagship program - the Global Advanced Management Program -  for business leaders seeking to drive business and personal transformation in today’s world which is uncertain, fast changing, but also full of new opportunities.

Tendayi Viki, Professor of Innovation Strategy at the Global AMP, will challenge you to think differently about the role of innovation in your business, what it takes and who should lead it, while Eloine Barry, the Global AMP alumnus, will share how the Global Advanced Management Program changed how she saw the world, the opportunities for her business, and how she will lead that future transformation.

The Global Advanced Management Program prepares innovative business leaders for both personal and professional growth, with dynamic leadership training designed to understand and disrupt our ever-changing world.

Learn how to adapt your business to changes in technology, values, and ways of thinking. The Global AMP will expose you to the trends driving your industry while teaching you to weigh the challenges and opportunities these trends bring about, ensuring success as you build the next generation of your C-suite.
