THE SALES GAME

OBJECTIVE
The SG aims to train two or more teams in a sales pitch in which they are competing for the same customer. The final goal is reciprocal learning from the teams incentivized by a bit of competition to push the performance even further.
At the game, one team wins, and a price will be awarded.
PHASE 1: LEARNING
Professor Mario Berta will first give a 30 min master class about the art of selling named the "Real Deal." The Master Class touches various aspects of sales and negotiation techniques and concrete examples and tools to bring the attendees' sales skillset to the next level.
PHASE 2: THE GAME
Professor Mario Berta will then elaborate on the rules of the game and give the teams 1 hour to prepare their sales pitch based on the master class they just attended.
PHASE 3: TEAMWORK
Professor Mario Berta will assess the team's work, team interaction, and team member contribution to the actual pitch and pitch deck.
PHASE 4: THE PITCH
The competing teams will then have 15 min each to pitch the other teams
PHASE 5: WINNER AND FEEDBACK
Based on a scoring board that Professor Mario Berta will illustrate, one team will be awarded as the winner; every team will receive detailed feedback on their pitch.
