Virtual Student Speaker Series: Master in Customer Experience & Innovation

At the IE School of Human Sciences & Technology, we are all about what we do. The real work that our students produce during their time at HST and the practical approach to solving problems are testament to who we are as a school. We invite you to join to the upcoming Customer Experience and Innovation Panel, where you will be able to meet recent graduates and alumni of the Master in Customer Experience and Innovation as they talk about all things CX.

Our speakers will be Erika Dias (Class of 2019) and Dimitris Spyrou (Class of 2020). Erika is a native Brazilian who also holds an MBA from IE Business School and has worked in consulting and as a Business Designer; Dimitris hails from Cyprus and has a background in Data Analytics and Business. Finally yet importantly, Our Panel moderator Laura McDermott is the Design and Project Lead on social innovation and learning innovation initiatives at IE University, and comes from Ireland, where she graduated with an Honors Degree in English Studies from Trinity College Dublin.

Also during the session, our Admissions Associate Director will also give you detailed information about the program and answer any question you might have to help you better understand what our academic experience is all about.
