10 Reflections About How to Survive in Times of Uncertainty

Professor Lucía Egea will lead us in a discussion about how uncertainty affects both our personal and professional plans.

After defining the new framework, she will explore the key competencies needed to thrive in the business world, with a particular focus on leadership and strategic decision-making. Inspiring others, fostering teamwork, taking initiative, being results-driven, and achieving international exposure are key factors for success. Achieving a balance between personal and professional life, effective prioritization, and building self-confidence are also essential.

The session will be followed by a networking cocktail, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with Professor Lucía Egea, other professionals seeking development opportunities, the IE University UK team, and IE alumni.

When: Monday, February 10th
