In this session you will learn from Beatriz García-Bernalt, head of the MIM Program within IE Talent & Careers, abut the global hiring trends from the employer and career perspectives. Beatriz joined IE in 2016 and has 15 years of experience in campus recruitment, career development and employer branding. Previously worked as Campus Relationships Manager at Morgan Stanley, London and Business development and career advisor roles at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, New York. She has an undergraduate Degree in Journalism from Complutense University, MSc in Management (Fordham Gabelli School of Business, NY) and is a Certified Executive Coach (IE, Madrid). She currently lives in Madrid with her husband and 2 children.
