IE Online Talk: “The Gender Leadership Gap: Structural Barriers and Strategic Solutions”

We invite you to an exclusive online IE Talk, where we will explore why there are still so few women in top corporate roles, even though many more women are entering and advancing in the talent pipeline. We’ll talk about the structural and organizational barriers that make it harder for women to reach senior leadership positions and the different strategies to overcome them.

Agenda

  • 18:30–18:35 — IE Introduction
  • 18:35–19:30 — IE Presentation
  • 19:30–20:00 — Questions and Answers Session
