About the Speaker:

Lucia Egea (She/Her) is Vice-Dean and Adjunct Professor at IE Business School. With over 20 years of international executive experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and innovation, she has worked across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. She holds dual business degrees and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Lucía has taught at IE since 2007 and combines academic work with leadership roles in business and sustainability projects.
