About the Speaker 

Rafael Salazar Novo is an entrepreneur, innovation strategist, and Open Innovation advisor with experience working with major European and Latin American companies, including Fortune 500 organizations. 

He is an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School and has taught and mentored across business schools and startup ecosystems. His areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, behavioral economics, and data analytics. 

He holds a Dual Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as master's degrees in innovation and technology systems.
