The World Economic Forum (WEF) has recently published ten competences that we should develop to be future proof. The Inner Development Goals (IDG) organization is adding twenty-three more to the list. It does not matter who you follow, the conclusion is the same: You need to develop skills fast.

There is a wide range of tech solutions that allows everyone to acquire professional and personal competences faster (and cheaper) than ever before. However, we still have more questions than answers: Should I create a fully digital AI driven development plan for myself? Is it still worthwhile to develop interacting with other human beings?
