In recent years, global consulting reports have consistently highlighted the significance of diversity and inclusion within the finance sector. Deloitte Insight, in a featured article, revealed that ‘’women held 21% of board seats, 19% of C-suite roles, and of 5% of CEO positions in 2021’’ within financial services institutions. Recognizing the imperative for change, organizations worldwide are actively fostering a more inclusive culture to attract and retain female talent.
