Currently, companies face many challenges that are linked to their culture, the age of their employees and management, the diversity of its staff, among other factors. Often, companies which are millennials staffed but older generation led, present huge gaps on the communication from the top down, leading to lower rotation, loss of productivity, etc.

In this Master Class, IE Business School’s visiting profesor Mario Berta will break down the cultural element that every company has to manage in order to understand their current culture traits, where they want to go in cultural terms and if there is a misalignment between employees and top management, giving practical examples and direct advice for you to implement.
