Jesica Alford joined IE in 2018. She is currently the Admissions & Enrollment Manager for the Executive MBA and the IE Brow Executive MBA programs. Having worked in the education sector for almost 10 years, she enjoys assisting others in reaching their academic and professional ambitions. Originally from Miami, FL, she earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida and has a joint Master's degree in Global Studies from the Universities of Vienna & Leipzig.

Lorena Martínez Frost is currently a Senior Associate Director of Admissions for IE Business School and an Alumni. Lorena’s professional trajectory began in political communication, where she worked closely with high-level politicians on communication strategy. From there, her career growth has expanded to include marketing and product development and management.
