Vision and the Art of Seeing: Impacts on the Organization and its Success - Singapore

In this master class, Professor Comas will compare the vision of great artists and change-making business leaders.

Contemporary business leaders create powerful visions for their organizations, inspiring people to view the world differently.  The class will explore the stories of business leaders, seeing as they see, understanding how they have communicated their ideas and changed contemporary life through their endeavors. In addition, the class will look at great artists who are masters of vision, painting powerful images that capture our imagination and show us what and how to see.

There will be a creative exercise, where participants will engage as visionaries to develop an organization, or a new project within an existing organization, that can change people’s lives and mark a new path for business and its leadership in the 21st century.
