Covid-19 is changing every aspect of our lives. This Exponential Learning session will be devoted to a discussion of the lasting effects that Covid-19 will have on globalization in general and the international trading system in particular. Among issues to be discussed are the implications of Covid-19 on: (i) global value chains, (ii) the import and export of goods and services, (iii) developed and developing country economies, and (iv) international institutions (in particular the WTO and WHO). Questions from participants will be welcome and discussion will be encouraged.
