Patricia Gabaldón is an Associate Professor of Economics at IE Business School. She has developed her research around the role of women in economics and their impact on growth and sustainability. Patricia holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Alcala. Her research has been published in numerous books and academic journals including Long Range Planning and the Journal of Business Ethics
