Juan performs as Senior Program Manager for Amazon.com, leading Central Operations – Amazon Logistics. Juan has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Business Management from the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia, and a MBA, from IE Business School.

Filip is originally from Toronto, and has lived throughout North America. He has extensive experience as a Sales and Marketing executive in the manufacturing industry. Professionally, he has a passion for leadership, strategy and people development. When he is not working, he trains in Muay Thai, tends to his garden and takes every chance to enjoy his city, Toronto.
