Next Generation Challenges for the Family Business

IE Ecuador invites you to join us next Wednesday, July 21st, for a virtual session with Professor Cristina Cruz, in which we will discuss the importance of the entrepreneurial mindset in the family business.

Through a lively discussion moderated by Cristina Cruz, we will learn about some of our Alumni’s experience leading their family business and their insights on family business dynamics. They will also talk about the challenges they have faced as new generations. The session will also cover their role in pushing the entrepreneurial drive in their families. Entrepreneurial behavior is driven by the families and succeeding in family entrepreneurship implies focusing on the members and not just on the business.
