Why the Future Needs Women in STEM?
Virtual event
STEM jobs are some of the fastest growing. Yet, STEM roles are still heavily dominated globally by men. Why? And, why is this gender equity in STEM important?
At IE School of Science and Technology we strive for innovation whilst maintaining women equality because, among other benefits, increasing diversity in the workforce means greater variety of perspectives and ideas, which can result in a company competitive advantage.
In this panel for candidates based in Europe three IE Alumni from Europe currently working in internationally recognized top companies like Google, Inditex and NetApp will share their insights of why the future needs women in STEM, based on their personal and professional experiences
*This virtual event is intended for those whose country of residence is in Europe or Central Asia.
