Arwa's Journey: A Career in Entrepreneurship and Program Design

Arwa Shafi is an alumni from IE University with a MA in Marketing & Communication. 

Arwa’s journey is nothing but extraordinary. Started as a business founder in 2013 before moving to supporting entrepreneurs. Arwa has worked on more than 12 programs supporting the entrepreneurial journey from ideation to growth, including and not limited to 9/10th Accelerator, STEAM Innovation Challenge, Revelate Corporate Innovation, TAQADAM Accelerator and The Garage.

With a customer-centric approach in her work, Arwa was able to launch brands that went on to become one of the best startup programs in the MENA region. Arwa is currently the Vice President of Programs at The Garage, a member of the Oqal Angel Network, and a founding member at the Saudi Women Leaders Network; Arwa is a renowned startup mentor, storyteller, and a remarkable host and master of ceremonies.
