The fashion group becomes the largest retailer in the World by profits and number of stores. It is the largest value creation among the European and Spanish multinationals. Professor Alvaro Garcia Soto will analyze the keys of Zara’s unique business model: successful strategy, democratization of the design and fashion, consumer analysis, outsourcing of operations and logistics, IT strategic investment, financial leadership…
