Sebastian is responsible at IE for the elective 'Metaverse, VR, & AR' which is designed to teach students the fundamentals of the metaverse. The focus is on generating business ideas that leverage the use of VR and AR, and the best way to identify those opportunities is by experiencing them! 

For his full-time profession, Sebastian works as the Global Metaverse Worker Lead at Accenture, where he incubates and scales solutions that enhance the worker experience using XR technologies
