Legislator of the city of Buenos Aires

 

Emmanuel holds a degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and master’s degrees from Stanford and Harvard. After working at the Techint Group, he began his public service career as an advisor in the Argentine National Congress. He later served as Undersecretary of Management Coordination in Buenos Aires Province and Secretary of Strategic Affairs in Buenos Aires City. Since 2021, he has been a Legislator for Buenos Aires City.
