October 20 | AI Workshop — Building AI Agents: From Idea to Execution

In this hands-on workshop, Professor Jon Oleaga Guridi will guide participants through the process of turning an idea into a functional AI agent. Moving beyond theory, the session will explore the essential building blocks of agentic systems and show how they can be combined to create AI solutions capable of reasoning, using tools and completing tasks.

Participants will learn how to define an agent’s objective, design its workflow, provide the right instructions, connect relevant tools and evaluate its performance. Through a practical, step-by-step approach, the workshop will reveal what happens behind the scenes when an AI agent moves from a prompt to meaningful action.

November 4 | From Business Challenge to AI Product
How do you turn a real business challenge into an AI solution that creates meaningful value?

In this interactive 60-minute workshop, you will explore the journey from identifying a business problem to designing an AI-driven solution. Through a real business case, we will look at how to define the challenge before considering technology, identify the relevant data, explore possible analytical approaches, and determine where AI can create the greatest value.

The session will also cover how to select the most suitable solution, define success metrics, consider implementation challenges, and assess the potential business impact.

The workshop will conclude with an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to discuss the case and ask questions. No previous technical or coding experience is required.
