IE University: AI and the Future of Real Estate

This event is offered as an academic experience for those considering postgraduate study at IE University. By registering, you confirm you are interested in learning more about our programmes.

AI is reshaping everything from our day-to-day routines to our values systems and worldviews. As the world’s largest asset class, real estate is at the forefront of many of these impacts. This masterclass explores how AI is changing everything from sourcing investment opportunities and underwriting investments to identifying and maximizing asset management potential.

Behind all this stands a critical question around our global values set: What does this interaction mean for the environment and sustainability? Drawing from real-world examples in investment banking and policy, participants will explore what the future of the built environment will look like in a tech-enabled world.
