Founding Partner of Haya Capital Mergers and Acquisitions, his professional career has focused on advising on M&A transactions and Portfolio Management.
Before joining Haya Capital, he worked at Deutsche Bank (M&A) and HypoVereinsbank Group (Portfolio Management). In addition, Javier is a professor at IE Business School in the areas of M&A, Private Equity and Structured Finance.
