Join us for a panel discussion led by IE MBA Alumni from different programs, industries and backgrounds. We´ll hear more about their specific experiences and most importantly the role of their MBA program in shaping their professional and personal development. Our panelists will talk about their journey before and after the MBA. The panel aims to uncover the different opportunities during and after an MBA at IE and will also give offer insight into the differences between programs.

Julio Loreto, Vice President – Weatherford, Executive MBA 2017
Vice President – Weatherford, Executive MBA 2017 Julio Loreto has been working in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 20 years and is currently the Vice President of Operations at Weatherford. Accustomed to working in multi-cultural and multi-site projects, he has extensive experience in restructuring business units to increase revenue and customer satisfactions and has managed projects for national and international companies in Africa, North America and Latin America. He holds a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolivar and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. He is also a Social Responsibility Enthusiast and has personally supported multiple projects to enhance the living conditions of communities at work.
Alex Larco, General Manager, Glex, Inc., International MBA 2017
Alex Larco is currently a General Manager at Glex Inc, a family company, where he has spent nearly a decade developing his professional career focused on fabrication and design of modular equipment for oil and gas, petrochemical and power industries. He obtained a Bachelor´s in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and later completed his MBA at IE Business School in order to further develop his business acumen and assume a leadership role at his company overseeing the entire business strategy and development.

Lilian has been part of the IE family for 7 years. Her journey began in the admissions team and this is when she became most passionate about education and believes it is the best way to give back and make a bigger impact in society. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA and received her Masters in Management from IE Business School.
