Co-author of the book “Smart Feedback” (LID, 2017), a coaching and emotional intelligence guide to facilitate powerful conversations for talent development (3rd edition in 2019). Until 2008, her career was developed in the corporate world in management roles in the Marketing and Sales fields, her last position being Marketing Director for Southern Europe at Yum Restaurants International.
