IE Smart Trade Venture Day

IE and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) are hosting a global challenge for startups that seeks to find compelling smart trade initiatives related to a post-COVID-19 world. Projects highlighting trade digitalisation, health, supply chain resilience, trade finance, access to finance, sustainable trade, as well as issues relevant to helping small business are of particular interest.

The objective of the Competition is to:

-           Showcase knowledge and know-how

-           Foster entrepreneurship and innovation

-           Encourage entrepreneurs to have a positive impact on major social challenges

-           Empower startups by connecting them with top investors and corporations

-           Provide a platform for startups and students to gain international visibility and exposure

The selected startups will have the chance to pitch their projects to a panel of international experts represent by IE, ICC and other major international organisations. The event will take place 100% online through Zoom Webinar.
