About the Masterclass: There are so many digital marketing strategies, and sometimes it can be overwhelming when you're trying to decide which one to prioritize. Marketers are overwhelmed by a proliferation of channels, customer attention is declining, and technology and measurement are always more the key asset to success. In this session, we will have a look at this new scenario, made by a new Maslow pyramid, and the relationship between brands, agencies, and customers. Federica Ilaria Fornaciari is an Italian-American professional, Digital Strategy Director in Havas Media Group in Spain, former Bain consultant and alumni of IE Business School (IMBA13). Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at LUISS Business School then a Master in Marketing at Bocconi University.
