How to Land Your Dream Job in Tech?

IE Business School and Girls in Tech Armenia are happy to announce the start of their partnership with a new series of networking events named "Tech and Business Talks". This collaboration is going to give the participants an extraordinary chance to meet keynote speakers, to get engaged in a powerful network, to explore new learning opportunities in tech and business and of course to meet new and exciting connections.

It is no surprise that women are under-represented in the tech sector, this problem has been around for decades. Not only are women (and minorities in general) under-represented, they are often underpaid, met with sexism and passed for promotions or raises. Yet it is now more important than ever that we reach the ideal 50-50 balance of gender equality within the tech workforce, considering that technology and algorithms are progressively becoming an integrated part of our lives.
