Master Class Description:
Positive psychology is a relatively new field that focuses on understanding the factors for us to perform at our best. What active steps can we take to cultivate our own well-being and to foster the well-being of our friends, family and colleagues. Positive leadership applies these concepts to organizations – what conditions can employees, managers and leaders at all levels put in place to allow individuals and teams to thrive? In this brief workshop, we will explore the following points:
- core ideas of positive psychology that you can directly apply in your life and work,
- fundamentals of well-being and a simple tool you might use to boost your own well-being,
- the relationship between certain workplace behaviors and well-being.
