After extensive research, that combines company, media and academic insights on the future of work, IE presents an interactive session on “The Role of Business Education in the Digital Age”.

Our Associate Director of Admissions, Lucia Malmierca, will join us to discuss and understand what type of skills and education we need as professionals in today’s changing business environment. We will look at what experts are saying in terms of continuous learning and talk about trends as online courses or even the value of formal education.

Luicia Malmierca,  Associate Director of Admissions IE Business School

Lucia is originally from Uruguay but has grown up in: New York, Cape Town and is currently living in Madrid. She holds a degree in Commerce from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and went on afterwards to complete a Master in Visual and Digital Media at the IE School of Human Sciences and Technology. She has worked assisting different cultural and entrepreneurial projects and additionally worked as an IE Fellow in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center of IE Business School. At present, Lucia works as Associate Director within IE Business School, involved in various cross-departmental projects.
