This master class will explore the role of the BlaPhone Compliance Officer.
After the master class you will be sent the case and you will have 48h to solve it and send your resolution to admissions.law@ie.edu including your name and surname + Compliance Challenge as the email subject. The winner of the competition will be granted a 25% scholarship award applicable towards the tuition fees of the Master in Global Corporate Compliance (Full-Time & Part-Time).
The case will be about a ficticius company punished for corruption by the United State Department of Justice. The questions will focus on how to implement an effective Compliance program, including the establishment of an ethical culture.

Enrique Aznar is a compliance officer and a practicing lawyer qualified in Spain, England and Wales. He has developed a large part of his professional career in senior management positions in multinational companies in the telecommunications and technology sector, with special dedication in the establishment of robust compliance programs and in the prevention of risk and management of legal and corporate governance issues in complex environments.
