The IE Admissions Test is a practical exam aimed at assessing candidate’s verbal, logical and numerical skills, paying attention to evidence of in class and extracurricular learning. Above all, it centers on your ability to reason, rather than knowledge of actual information. This means there is no preparation required as the exam determines your ability to process information and think strategically. It also evaluates your English proficiency.
This test is computer-based and it is obligatory to bring a laptop computer with a sufficient battery life at least 2 hours or battery charger.
There is no pass/fail for the IE Admission Test – you should simply aim to do the best you can. The test belongs as one of three preliminary steps in the admission process to determine a candidate’s qualifications for the personal interview and final admission evaluation. The test results are not disclosed to candidates and are solely used for internal purposes by IE University.
