Are you eager to fast-track your IE application process?

Join us at our next Admission Day in Paris to learn more about IE and have the chance to finalize the admission process in one day.

The event is open to all IE Bachelor, Master, and MBA candidates. You will be able to ask any questions you may have about the application process, program format, fees, financial aid, living, and studying in Madrid. This will also give you ample time to meet with our local admission team.

The candidates who have completed their online application, paid their admission fee and passed the entrance test (The IE Global Admission Test or the GMAT) by the 8th of November will be given the opportunity to finalize the admission process by completing the personal interview during the event.

Bear in mind that the payment of the application fee can only be done upon completion of 25% of the application process.

Master Class Description 

In this dynamic session we will discuss the Key leadership Values especially in these Uncertain and Extreme times. We have to understand what a VUCA environment is and how to turn it around, especially now. What can help us is to grasp the context of Disruptive Innovation which everyone talks about but few understand. How we innovate now and the values we demonstrate will deeply influence how our stakeholders react to us when things go back to some type of "normal." Trust will be one of the key values we have to show now to keep positive engagement with our business and social communities & customers. As in any crisis, it is a time when something "breaks" to offer new opportunities: this is both a danger and an opportunity but also a chance to reinvent ourselves. In this session we will help you to understand these important concepts and how to apply them to achieve sustainable and effective results.

Speaker biography

Balvinder Singh Powar, Adjunct Professor, Director BOOSTER Space Industries and Business Mentor at IE Business School. Balvinder is English of Indian origin, resident in Madrid, Spain.  He has extensive experience leading innovative projects globally. His main skills include communications, creative & strategic input, business development & team management.
