If these questions resonate with you, we are pleased to invite you to an Online Informative Session for the Board Members Program at IE Business School.
The Board Members Program is designed for senior executives and aspiring board members with 15+ years of experience who have recently joined, or aim to join, boards of directors.
The program equips participants with the tools and mindset needed to add value in governing bodies, with a strong focus on:
- Corporate governance and board responsibilities
- Board dynamics and effective decision-making
- Executive and board compensation, incentives and accountability
- Risk oversight, compliance and ethical leadership
- ESG and sustainability in modern boards
- Technology, AI and cybersecurity and their impact on governance
All topics are explored through real case discussions and the practical perspective of active board members.
During the session, we will share insights into the program’s academic approach, structure, and key takeaways. We will also explain the admissions process, as well as available scholarships and payment options.
This session is a unique opportunity to explore how the program prepares executives to strengthen their strategic judgment, influence, and effectiveness in the boardroom.
