Driving Public Sector Change: Leadership Between Systems and People
Anticipatory Leadership: Policy and Strategy for Disruptive Technologies
To celebrate the next edition of our Public Leadership Executive Program, we would like to invite you to a special session in which we will explore the systemic and interpersonal leadership challenges involved in public sector transformation.
Throughout the session we will examine how to combine structural reform —such as building centers of government, setting strategic priorities, and monitoring implementation— with key political and relational practices, including stakeholder mapping, effective communication, and conflict management. The session will also address the personal dimension of leadership in government, highlighting the importance of purpose, role clarity, and self-awareness in complex institutional environments. Designed for students and professionals interested in public innovation and effective governance, this webinar offers practical tools and analytical frameworks to better understand how change processes can be led and sustained over time.
We hope you can join us!
